With jungle landscape and Pacific Ocean as our habitat, you’ll come back feeling refreshed & renewed, with a high vibe lens on life.

You’ll practice yoga and learn techniques to take home that will help amplify and integrate your transformational time in Costa Rica.

On retreat we will:

+ Explore what it means to feel fully alive and empowered in our body

+ Set daily intentions, journal, and circle share

+ Practice breath techniques on the beach, invigorating and inspiring the warrior within

+ Flow to release stagnant energy and blockages in the chakras

+ Jungle hike to a rainforest & blue clay mudbath (optional)

+ Receive healing touch with a sixty minute massage

+ Nourish our bodies with high prana, local food

+ Alchemize the energy of our retreat with a fire ritual on the beach
